Step 1 of 4: Terms and Conditions

Under 16's

Young people are strongly encouraged to come on the course. Burwell House is used by schools and provides a young-person-friendly environment. However, children under the age of 16 who want to stay at the House overnight must be accompanied by an adult who is also on the course. This does not have to be a parent or guardian. Please call or email us if you need more information.

What to pay and when to pay it

If you are booking before 1st June then you may pay just the deposit: £70 for residents or £60 for non-residents. The balance is due by 1st July. On or after 1st June you must pay the full amount. (All dates mentioned on this page apply to 2006.)

If you are booking Sunday night Bed & Breakfast or additional meals, please send this amount now.

Confirmation of your booking

Bookings are confirmed by e-mail or Royal Mail when we receive your deposit, assuming there is a space on the course.

Places are limited and will sell out. If your course is full, we will contact you to discuss whether you wish to change instrument, be placed on a waiting list, or have your payment refunded. When your place is confirmed we reserve the right to cancel a course if there are insufficient numbers.

If we fail to offer a place, or we cancel your course due to insufficient numbers, your money will be refunded in full. (However, we are unable to refund the credit card processing fee if you paid in this way.)

Cancellations

If you cancel before 14th June you will receive a full refund less a £10 handling charge. If you cancel on or after 14th June but before 1st July, you will receive a full refund less £50. If you cancel after 1st July there will be no refund. (However, we are unable to refund the credit card processing fee if you paid in this way.)

If we cancel you because the course is full by the time your money is received, we will refund your payment in full.
