Instrument Classes
Classes focused on your particular instrument take up the majority of the week focusing on learning and arranging tunes or occasionally songs. Students work todwards a performance of what they have learnt heald at the end of the week, family and friends are welcome along to this.
Mixed Band Classes
Along with tuition in your instrument class each tutor also takes a mixed instrument group to produce a performance piece for the end of course concert.
Slow Sessions
Slow Sessions happen regulary throughout the week with experianced students, this is an opportunity play well known tunes and learn some new ones.
Evenings
During the evenings events are also planned these would typically include a Cub night with entertainment from the students, a games night, and a one night stand band event provided by the students. Each night will progress towards a session at the end of the evening which we try to finish by breakfast.
There is a tutors every year which is recorded and available on CD to students, proceeds from this CD are donated to charity. In recent years Burwell Bash students have donated to

There are plenty of opportunities to perform, and no matter whether you are a seasoned entertainer or just starting out on your musical journey every body has an equal part to play and everybody helps everybody! So if you have an instrument other than those used in the main classes make sure you bring it along.
