All of the posts, photos, videos, recommendations and reviews have persuaded you to join us and you want to know what's next. Here's your survival guide to booking and beyond.
1. First things first. Booking.
Booking opens on Friday 15th February 2019 just before midnight, GMT. Whether you're in the UK or not, it's a very good idea to set your watch, alarm or reminder to this time. Why? Places are limited and some instruments sell out in seconds. The course is allocated on a first come, first served basis so it's important to get logged on and signed up as soon as possible. Also, ensure when you complete the form that you check it submits successfully. If it submits successfully your form will clear and a little green message should pop up. If it doesn't you will need to check it carefully for any yellow or red boxes, retype your data and resubmit.
2. Booking confirmation.
We try very hard not to keep you waiting too long to find out if your application has been successful and whether your class is full and will send you confirmation as soon as we can, well within 48 hours. If you do not hear from us be sure to send us a message to confirm whether or not we have received your booking. Our facebook and twitter pages will also update with places and numbers as they roll in to save you booking into a class that is already full. Every year, a small waiting list is taken to ensure that should anyone drop out you can still come and join us for the week.
