Car

Burwell village is north of Cambridge and west of Newmarket. The nearby A14 road connects the area with the M11, M6, M1 and the A1. It also connects Burwell to all points East. Rail/Bus

Cambridge has excellent long-distance coach and rail connections to the rest of the UK and airports. There is also a local bus (stagecoach 11) that regularly travels between Burwell and Cambridge. This costs roughly £5 and takes just under an hour. The nearest train station is Newmarket which also has a good local taxi services. It may also be possible for us to arrange a lift from somewhere nearby for you if you let us know your plans. 

Air

The nearest airport to Burwell is London Stansted but it is possible to easily travel from all London airports to Cambridge. If you let us know your plans we may be able to provide a lift with another student.
